A Great Day At Camp

Monday was a super day at Camp Bob Cooper. We experienced a nice storm that cancelled the last part of free time activities but enabled students and counselors to get to know each other in dorm rooms and meeting rooms.

Monday night worship with J.D. and Pocket was great. We are being led down a very intentional path of making sure we have true salvation and leading from that to service.

Counselors and staff have been patient through the “get-to-know-you” day. Monday night we navigated the Maze that covered an entire basketball court. (Many students bumped into each other trying to find their way out.)

Keep the comments coming. We covet them and your prayers.

Chris and Miriam,
Thank you for all your hard work and preparations throughout this past year to make this week happen! We are praying for you, the team, and students. All 3 of our kids are campers this year and I’m praying that they will be challenged in their walk with the Lord and be drawn to God’s Word. Can’t wait to be there on Wednesday!

Thanks Chris and Miriam for your leadership!!! My son (Victor “VJ” Tanner) is a 1st year camper…literally. He has been in the US for 1 year and was very anxious about attending camp. I am praying that he will find some new friendships and experience God like never before this week.
